 Associate Executive Coordinator

 Sharon Vines Howard, Sharona once successful educator is now a vivacious enthusiastic speaker, author, trainer and mentor. She is a graduate of Oakwood College with a double degree in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education. She received her Masters of Education from East Carolina University. This award recipient has presented keynote speeches, leadership workshops, and seminars in many venues where attended by return participants. Her purposeful attention to detail, dedication to high quality programs, inclusive educational content, and high energy presentations are well researched and delivered in a down to earth style that everyone will remember. She has successfully coached many youth leaders, educators, parents and community organizations in managing change, cultural diversity, conflict and implementing effective productivity.

She started volunteering with the Allegheny East Pathfinder Executive Committee as the Chaplain in 2005. In 2008, she served as the Assistant Bay Area Coordinator and Master Guide Coordinator. She returned as the Chaplain In 2011.  She currently holds a dual role is an Associate Executive Coordinator with the Pathfinder Ministry as well as the AEC Coordinator for the Master Guide Ministry.
